how do you apply mama bear nerve relief lotion?

How to Apply Mama Bear Nerve Relief Lotion for Optimal Relief

Step 1: Cleanse the Area

Begin by cleansing the area where you'll apply the lotion. Gently wash with mild soap and warm water to remove any dirt or oils that may hinder absorption. Pat the area dry with a clean towel.

Step 2: Apply the Lotion

Dispense a small amount of Mama Bear Nerve Relief Lotion onto your palm. Using your fingertips, gently apply the lotion to the affected area. Use enough to lightly cover the area without leaving excess lotion on the skin.

Step 3: Massage Gently

With gentle, circular motions, massage the lotion into your skin. This not only helps absorption but also improves circulation to the area, enhancing the soothing effects of the lotion. Continue massaging until the lotion is fully absorbed.

Step 4: Let it Work

After application, give the lotion some time to work. Avoid washing the area immediately to ensure the active ingredients have time to penetrate the skin and provide relief.

Step 5: Regular Application

For best results, apply Mama Bear Nerve Relief Lotion daily, especially at bedtime to enjoy a more restful sleep. Consistency is key to experiencing ongoing relief from neuropathic discomfort.

Note: Always perform a patch test before using the lotion extensively, especially if you have sensitive skin. Apply a small amount to a discreet area and wait 24 hours to ensure there's no adverse reaction. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

will it help with symptoms at night?

Many report sleeping through the night for the first time in months, waking up refreshed instead of being jolted awake by frustrating burning, tingling, or stabbing pains.

does this have a strong menthol smell?

No, Mama Bear Oasis is infused with lavender oil to create a soothing lavender scent to help you relax as you apply it. Unlike some lotions and balms that can have harsh or medicinal odors, our formula is designed to be pleasant and relaxing.

can i use this on all body parts?

While most customers use it on their feet, our formula works effectively on any area experiencing nerve discomfort — legs, hands, arms, back, shoulders, or neck.

Apply the same way: a small amount, gently massaged until absorbed.
