We’re Sorry to See You Go 💔

We get it. Inboxes fill up fast, and if we showed up more than you wanted, that’s on us.

But before you go, we just want to say thank you for giving Ouravive a chance to earn your trust.

We made Magnesium Ice™ for the nights nobody else sees.
For the 2 AM burn that has you hanging your feet off the side of the bed.
For the sheets that feel like sandpaper.
For everyone who’s been told to “learn to live with it.”

Because relief shouldn’t mean a foggy head or one more pill to swallow.
It should mean sleeping in your own bed. Standing at the stove a little longer. Feeling the floor under your feet again.

If we missed the mark for you, we genuinely respect that.

And if you already have a jar, nothing changes. Your 180-day guarantee still stands, even if the jar is empty. Any questions, just email support@ouravive.com and a real person will answer, 9am to 5pm Eastern.

And if your feet ever need us again, we’ll be right here.

Rest easy tonight,
The Ouravive Team
